Basic ($9.99): Most orders arrive in 4-7 business days. Free Basic Shipping on Clothing & Souvenir orders over $100 with promo code FREESHIPPING.

Upgraded ($19.99): Most orders arrive in 1-4 business days.

FedEx 2-Day ($29.99): Orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day via FedEx 2-Day Service.

FedEx Overnight ($39.99): Orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day via FedEx Overnight Service.

***DuBois cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside the U.S. Entering a P.O. Box or overseas address will cause a delay in shipping and may cause your order to be canceled if we cannot obtain an alternate address.

Holiday Shipping Recommendations

DuBois Recommends having orders placed no later than 1:00 PM on the following dates to ensure delivery before December 25th, 2024

BASIC SHIPPING:Wednesday, December 11
UPGRADED SHIPPING:Monday, December 16
2-Day SHIPPING:Thursday, December 19
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:Friday, December 20
PLEASE NOTE: These dates do not guarantee delivery before Christmas - They are only recommendations based off deadlines enacted by USPS and FedEx.
Local deliveries will likely still be delivered in a little as 1-3 days, but shipping delays do occur. Once a package leaves our facility it is out of our hands.

Pick-Up In Store

Orders marked as "Pick-Up In Store" will be available the next business day from the date the order is placed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges must be postmarked/mailed, or returned to the store within 30 days of the purchase date, have tags attached, and original receipt. All clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed, odorless, and in saleable condition.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Dated, championship, bowl, CFP, and special event merchandise (including sale-priced, clearance, and otherwise discounted items) are not exchangeable or refundable. This includes: white-out, black-out, Ring of Red, etc. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Graduation Regalia (cap, gown, tassels, etc.) are non-refundable.

Textbooks are non-refundable.
