RETURN POLICY

GENERAL MERCHANDISE (Clothing/Souvenirs):

-Refunds/exchanges must be post marked/mailed within 30 days of the purchase date.
-Refunds/exchanges must have tags intact; Items cannot have been worn and/or washed. 
-The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all refunds/exchanges.
-All Bowl/Special Event items are non-refundable after the event has occurred.
-All Frozen Four items are non-refundable after April 11, 2010.

-See slip attached to your register receipt for refund policy on textbooks.
